Ralia Solutions for Marketing Operations is referred to in these Terms as “ATS Breaker”, “we”, “us” or “our”.
The person submitting a CV, purchasing or using the Service is referred to as the “User” or “you”.
These Terms govern the use of the ATS Breaker website and CV-reformatting service.
By submitting a CV, paying for the Service or accessing the reformatted document, you confirm that you:

ATS Breaker provides a semi-automated CV-reformatting service intended to improve the technical readability of a CV by Applicant Tracking Systems, commonly referred to as “ATS”.
The Service includes:
The Service primarily concerns the presentation and technical formatting of the CV.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the Service does not include:
ATS Breaker is not an employer, recruitment agency, staffing agency, job platform or representative of any employer.
The Service operates as follows:
Submitting a CV does not guarantee that ATS Breaker will accept or process the request.
ATS Breaker may reject a document that:
Where no payment has been made, ATS Breaker may stop processing a request without creating any payment obligation for the User.
ATS Breaker aims to process and make the reformatted document available within 24 hours after receiving a usable CV.
The 24-hour period is an indicative service target and not an absolute guaranteed deadline.
Processing may take longer where:
If ATS Breaker cannot provide the Service, any amount already paid for the unavailable Service will be refunded.
The price of the Service is €19, unless a different price is clearly displayed before payment.
The purchase is a one-time payment and does not create an automatically renewable subscription.
Payment is processed through Stripe or another payment provider clearly identified during checkout.
ATS Breaker does not normally receive or store complete payment-card information.
The User is responsible for any currency-conversion fees, bank fees or charges imposed by their payment provider.
Uploading a CV allows ATS Breaker to prepare the requested document but does not, by itself, constitute a paid purchase.
The paid contract is concluded when:
The User must verify the email address and payment information before confirming the purchase.
The reformatted CV is personalised digital content prepared specifically for the User.
The User expressly requests access to the personalised document immediately after payment.
Where required by applicable law, the checkout process may ask the User to:
Nothing in these Terms limits a mandatory right that cannot legally be waived.
Because the document is individually prepared and made available immediately after payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once the final document has been supplied.
A refund will not be granted merely because:

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method and remain subject to Stripe’s processing times.
The €19 purchase includes the delivery of one reformatted PDF.
No revision, correction round, redesign or subsequent modification is included after delivery.
This provision does not remove any mandatory right relating to a corrupted, inaccessible or materially non-conforming file.
Any new formatting request may be treated as a separate order.
The User retains ownership of the original CV and the information contained in it.
The User grants ATS Breaker a limited, non-exclusive and temporary permission to:
This permission is granted only for the purpose of providing the Service and managing related legal or support requirements.
The User remains responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, completeness and legality of all information contained in the CV.
ATS Breaker does not independently verify:
ATS Breaker does not intentionally invent qualifications, experience or achievements.
The User must carefully review the final PDF before sending it to an employer or recruitment platform.
ATS Breaker uses a semi-automated process.
An authorised agent may review the CV and use tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to assist with formatting, structure, document interpretation or presentation.
These tools may make mistakes, omit information or misinterpret document content.
ATS Breaker does not guarantee that automated tools will correctly interpret every element of every CV.
The User must verify:
ATS Breaker configures the AI services used for the Service so that submitted content is not voluntarily used for general model training. However, the AI providers may retain submitted information for limited security, legal or technical periods under their own terms and privacy policies.
Applicant Tracking Systems are developed and configured by independent third parties.
Different employers may use different software, parsing methods, keywords, scoring criteria and recruitment rules.
ATS Breaker has no control over:
ATS Breaker therefore does not guarantee:
The Service is provided on an obligation-of-means basis and not as a guarantee of employment or recruitment success.
The User must not use ATS Breaker to:
ATS Breaker may suspend or refuse any request that appears to violate this section.
ATS Breaker retains all rights relating to:
After full payment, the User receives a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the final CV for their own professional applications.
The User may download, print, modify and submit the final CV for personal job-search purposes.
The User may not commercially resell or distribute the ATS Breaker template or use it to create a competing service.
ATS Breaker treats submitted CVs as confidential documents.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the ATS Breaker Privacy Policy.
The User acknowledges that the CV may be accessed by an authorised ATS Breaker agent and transmitted to technical providers necessary for:
ATS Breaker does not sell submitted CVs and does not send them to employers or recruiters.
ATS Breaker may rely on third-party services including:
These providers operate under their own technical conditions and privacy practices.
ATS Breaker cannot guarantee the uninterrupted operation of a service controlled by an independent third party.
ATS Breaker is not affiliated with or endorsed by any ATS provider, employer or recruitment platform unless expressly stated.
ATS Breaker uses reasonable measures to maintain the security and availability of the website.
ATS Breaker does not guarantee:
The website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, security or technical reasons.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ATS Breaker is not responsible for:
To the extent permitted by law, ATS Breaker’s total liability for an order is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for that order.
This limitation does not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct or any liability that cannot legally be limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the local rules of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Subject to mandatory consumer rights, disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
The choice of UAE law does not deprive a consumer of mandatory legal protections that cannot be waived under the law applicable in their country of residence.
